Added the ability to view customer satisfaction scores by support agent
UserEcho improved customer satisfaction reporting system - CSAT. Now information on customer satisfaction can be seen in the context of each particular operator. Data on individual indicators of operators will allow administrators to assess the effectiveness of their team.
The new opportunity provides insight for a specific support agent and helps determine the best or weakest employees based on customer ratings.
In the CSAT section, you can also select a section, time period, all or a specific agent for which you need to receive a customer satisfaction report.
